So i bought all the parts for my new computer and here they are:

    E6750
    BFG 8800 GTX
    Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R
    CorsairTwinX XMS2 (2x1GB)
    Antec P182
    500 Gb Seagate Barracuda
    1 DVD drive, 1 Floppy, 4 120mm fans
    And Corsair 520W

I plan to overclock the CPU to hopefully 3.6Ghz(450x8) and the ram to 900Mhz to get a 1:1 ratio.

However now im panicing thinking the 520w aint gonna cut it? Ive read lots of reviews, forum posts etc etc stating its ok and others saying go for 620w.

With this setup and especially with the power hungry 8800gtx, am i going to be ok with the 520W?

Yeah. Those units are very good. If you're thinking of adding a second GTX down the road, I'd throw the cash at the 620, but otherwise, the 520HX is an excellent choice. Both Corsair models could easily get away with being rated higher, but the company chose to go with a more conservative rating that works rather than sell it at a higher wattage that might be a more dubious proposition. From what I've seen, it's my opinion that the 520HX is competitive with a lot of 600W units, and the 620HX competitive with 700-750W units.
