Counter Strike source problem

I'm sure it's a shear lack of current drivers, I'll get em eventually, they just don't like dial-up, keeps timing out and all.

I only just got all the latest drivers for my radeon 9700 pro! im gonna get the 2Gb of RAM though cos that'l help with everything im doing. It might be because im running my system off of a maxtor piece of poo HDD?!

as long as it's 7200 RPM and you don't have bad sectors it's not your hard drive
