CPU cooling...

I understand, why you need a CPU cooler when you're trying to overclock your processor, but what, if I will not do that, should I consider a CPU cooler?

Every CPU needs cooling, but if you don't want to overclock and you got a good airflow you could use the stock cooler that is bundled with the CPU.
 
Depending what CPU ure ordering, hes right. Every CPU emits heat, sometimes alot, and since its so small it needs a heat exchanger. I had a 900MHZ CPU, the lowest u can buy, and after 5 sec. without a heatsink it hit 100C and shutoff. If youre going Intel, they will come with a heatsink. AMD probaly does too. There really not all that good and any computer tech would advise you to remove the gray thermal pad underneath and replace it with Arctic Silver 5 but if ure not overclocking then you should be o.k.
