Greetings All I have a pent 4 @3.0 ghz socket 775. The stock heatsink/fan lets the cpu temps idle at around 40C. Thats higher than what i'm used to. When i had the same processor but socket 478 with some jet engine looking fan my temps were in the low 20s C. What is a good heatsink/fan combo to acheive great improvement in temperature?

Ok, now i need a cooler for my xfx6800gt. Stock one sucks big time, i'm sick of seeing 60 idle and over 70 under load. thats too hot for my taste. (im gettin the one exfoliate suggested for cpu)
