well maybe not, but most likely, Nvidia is suppose to make a physics, card, but that was awhile ago. Anyways, this board has a full x16 PCIe slot while my board has a x8 slot, so yeah Crap. ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
The high-end solutions have dual x16 slots with 16 PCIe lanes apiece. Mid-range solutions have dual x16 slots, but only 8 PCIe lanes when using two cards for SLI. Even with 8 PCIe lanes, you've still got more bandwith than AGP 8x slots (2.1GB/s). Remember each PCIe lane offers 500MB/s, so PCIe slots with only 8 lanes provides up to 4GB/s. Hardly sluggish.
right, yeah good point. ok thanks, i feel better, oh wait, yeah well my point would be that it would be incompatible, but its a full size PCIe slot, so i it should work, but it only have x8 bandwidth. Anyways, i'm sure this won't come out for some time and by then non of this will matter anyways.
