CUPS problems

    I am attemting to run cups 1.2.2 and when I access localhost:631 all I get is raw html garbage. When I try to go to localhost:631/admin I get a time out.

    I have never encountered this problem.
    Code:
    $ /usr/local/etc/rc.d/cupsd status
cupsd is running as pid 572.
    This confirms that cups is running. What's going on?
