Curious???? about OCing GFX card

    To be honest i have never overclocked my GFX card but CPU's ar another story well.... anyway how do i OC my GFX card i have 9200se 128ddram

    You'll need a utility program first. I use Rage3D tweak for ATi-based cards. You can download it from Rage3D. Take the core and memory in increments and then test it out. If you start seeing artifacts, you're getting too high on the memory and need to back off. If you're locking up in , likely the core is too high or too hot.

    Radeon 9200 SE's usually have lowered voltage and lack a fan on its heatsync. You may be able to get much better performance out of this re-vamped Radeon 9000 if you add a good fan to its existing porcupine and up the voltage in your BIOS.

    i have put a very nice fan and new heat sink on it and put ram sinks on it
