ddr memory

    can anyone say whether 945 motherboard supports DDR ram

    nope i dont think so it supports.. but if u more specific abt the model name i can tel u for sure if it supports or not!

    you could be lucky, as you probably know 945 supports DDR2 by default, however, if you can find a replacement mobo that supports both DDR or DDR2[ot]good luck[/ot]most or all mobo's that support either memory type have being discontinued[ot]good luck with google[/ot]BTW: there a mobo here but it is discontinued

    For the 900 series chipsets, they all use DDR2. There is one exception, the 915, which supports both DDR and DDR2, but that's it. All others, including the 945 are DDR2 only.
