My new 19 in spectre LCD monitor has one red and one green dead pixel and i wanted to know if rubbing them really does get rid of them, and if not is there a way to get rid of them.
ive never heard of rubbing them but just give it a try (dont rub too hard), as far as i know you cant get rid of them, go to wherever you bought it from and ask if they can replace or fix it.
I have read that rubbing them does work but only for stuck pixels, dead pixels are very unlikely to work again. Also read our FAQ http://www.zone365.com/content/tft-lcd-faq/1
