I got a comp without a floppy drive.
When computer boots up it stops and says could not boot floppy press F1 to continue.(computer starts as normal)
How would I go about stoping the computer from trying to boot the floppy drive?

Turn the PC on, and hit DEL to bring up the BIOS.

It's different between systems, but you will want to look for Boot Configuration or Management. It's usually under Advanced or something.

Ideally set the primary boot to IDE 0, then the CDROM, and then the floppy. Basically, so long as IDE 0 is first, you won't get that message again. Make sure to save settings first tho!

Alternatively, and if you're not using it, you can disable the floppy controller altogether
