I hope this is the right forum,
A while back I re-installed Windows XP on my computer because it was getting slower and slower. I reformated the hard drive, and the install went OK and the computer is now as fast as it used to be. But I have another problem.
Whenever I go to start games, I get an error message saying that drive A is not ready and gives me three options: Retry, Cancel, or Continue. If I push continue the game opens and everything is fine, but it gets annoying. The big issue is, when playing Age Of Empires 1, every 3 minutes or so the floppy disk drive chuggs and sounds like a cheap Vokswagen, lol. When it makes this noise, the game pauses for about 5 seconds and keeps going. It's getting VERY annoying. This only happens in AOE. WHAT IS WRING???!!!
