i was just wondering why when u start a dl from a website it speeds up for me at like 50kb/s then slows down fast till about 25kb/s then slowly speeds up
i think the going up slowly is the http server slowly reconizeing that u have more bandwith lets say u have a top spead of 20kb/s it starts at 19kb/s then trys 19.2kb/s and if u can take that it speeds up a little more till u cant and u drop a packet then it drops a little then starts going up slowly till it hit your maxium speed
but i still dont know why it starts fast
