Yes, ATi/AMD cards will work fine on a motherboard with an nVidia chipset. nVidia cards will work fine on an AMD/ATi chipset. However, you cannot run SLI on a non nVidia chipset. You also cannot run Crossfire on a chipset outside of AMD/ATi or Intel.
