I am buying a new Radeon 9550 256MB graphics card. My current motherboard is four years old (it has one AGP slot) and an AMD XP 1800+ Processor.

I know the card will fit, but do I need to upgrade my motherboard/processor for it to perform properly?

As long as your old MoBo supprots AGP 4X, which it should, you'll be alright :)

You won't see much of a bottleneck as your system is evenly fitted, so you should be alright.
