I would like to know if anybody knows a good web site were i can buy and download "Call Of Duty."

I don't believe that's an option. You can buy it, but you have to buy it in retail format.
 
Actually there are legit sites around the net that do provide this service, however you pay to download a copy of Call of Duty, however not a new version.

If you want to play Call of Duty you will need a CDKEY for the game, you will not be provided with one if you choose to pay to download it, as you are paying for the right to download a copy not a personal version. You would have to have your own CDKEY (ie either a new one, or an old one that you brought or have been given) either way it has to be legit.
