Driver instalation problem

Hi! I’m trying to install some software for a analogue capture device, the problem is when I try to install the drivers I get a message telling me I need to be signed in has administrator to be able to install the drivers but I am signed in has the administrator so does anyone know why ?

Are you running Windows XP?

If so, right click the executable (assuming the driver comes in binary format) and select 'Run As'. Then choose 'Administrator' and enter your password.
