Since they slide on rails i am not able to decide which cooler to use and how?.

can anyone help me?

Yes, to exactly what extent, I don't know. Those screw onto the bottom of the hard drive, so you should be able to use them

You probably could put a fan in the lower 5.25" bays, but a lot of it would stop with the first hard drive, which would be an issue down the road. Additionally, seeing that the power supply is at the top of the case, you'd have the wires to contend with for airflow. While this can be lessened with a modular power supply, you'll still need to be a little careful with wiring. Outside of a bracket with 2-3 40mm fans in front, there's not any sort of kit that you'd put in, so this would be a DIY.

Also, if there's a door on your case, closing it would impede airflow.
