eXeem is a brand new Peer-To-Peer program which is based on the BitTorrent idea. It eliminates the need for trackers as nodes in the program will be taking their role. It also features easy publication of files to the network as well as a rating and comments system. eXeem contains no spyware - it is free and is ad-supported. Remember to only use it for legal downloads or I'll hunt you down . Just a side note although the description says no spyware it contains Cydoor which I would easily put in the spyware camp.
I got it...i'm not that impressed at first I was getting like 186kb/s constant btu now im getting average speeds like 80kb/s
