Hi, I am looking to build a computer for around NZ$1400 from XP COMPUTERS . These are the few decisions I have made for the build: AMD Processor (AMD are cheaper compared to intel counterparts, is this generally true?) AMD Processor of either, this or this. An NVidia GTX 470 or 480 from this page. However i'm not sure which exact one, because there seems to be a few different ones. And any reccommended motherboard to suit? I also already have this power supply that needs to be used in the equation. I'm new to this so expert help would be appreciated.
Generally, yes. The one with the higher mhz? Any 480 will be awesome. Take the one w/ the highest stats (the clocks that each mod company puts on may wary).
