Hello, What hard drive enclosure do you recommend for this hard drive: http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.asp?DriveID=27 I'd like it to have firewire and a relatively stylish design. I can't find anything I like elsewhere and thought I'd ask you all for your opinion. Thanks, Adam
Hard drives are standard, so there is no recomended model for a specific drive, but ive had a look through newegg.com. As for wanting firewire, good luck! Firewire never really seemed to take off (compared to usb) so the number of drives you can get is limited. This seems to be what your after: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817186107 it supports Firewire AND usb2 so thats a good choice, as you might have firewire but you wont be able to move it to other machines that dont!
It looks like it didn't get very good reviews... Plus, don't I need a 3.5" enclosure and not a 5.25" enclosure?
