Does anyone know of a program which allows you to search for multiple files at once in windows? Ive got about 2500 file names in a spreadsheet and need to locate these files on my harddrive. I can separate them ie 234.jpg, 2345.jpg etc I know windows does this but not for all 2500, it can only chew on smaller chunks. I did have a program to do this because ive had to do this search before but have since lost the disk! Many Thanks!
I'll give it a try tomorrow. Id not heard of google desktop. If it does work I would have wasted $30 in the past! Cheers!
