I'm ordering parts from Newegg, but some of the parts are OEM, doesn't that mean they come with no cables, manuals, etc.? I added a SATA cable, but do I need anything for the DVD/CD drive? Any help would be greatly appreciated and here's my list of components so far.

Also feel free to leave comments on my choice of parts. Thanks.

Yeah OEM drives don't come with cables etc, usually just the drive in a bag with the Driver CD if necessary...your motherboard may come with cables but they dont always, some motherboard companies thrown in loads of extras whereas some dont....maybe someone who has bought that motherboard before would know...

Most decent motherboard manufacturers will give you 1/2 IDE cables, SATA if there is a SATA port. You should be pretty well equiped for the build but if theres a few things you think you might need get it now.

I'm almost positve you'll be okay. I've never heard of a motherboard not shipping with the standard set of cables. When in doubt go Retail for products like video cards and processors as you'll get a better warenty and the box looks cool and may come with some extra items. Games and manuals for video cards and a cooling fan for processors. Hard drives are almost always OEM as you've seen but so long as you're getting a mobo with it you'll be all set.
