I was wondering how I would go about forwarding ports. I would like to do this for the purpose of playing a video game (Dawn of War: Dark Crusade) online. It is my understanding that I will be able to automatch more efficiently with some specific ports forwarded.

If you know how to forward ports, or a way to solve the automatch problems in another way, I'd love to hear.

1st - allow this game through your firewall
2nd - log in to your router and forward the needed port (see the routers manual on how to do this, but mostly, provided there's a web interface for configuring this router, it should be quite easily and self-explanatory to find the appropriate place to forward the needed ports).
