Hello to all at Hardware Forums ! No messing about ,straight into the questions ! I have an advent 3315 P4 2.8GHZ ! Ive always had problems with running games and always put it down to an under powered graphics card , ie GeForce 4MX , then a GeForce FX 5600(not a good buy) ! Anyway ive got a 9800 pro on the way , but while using Belarc Advisor to get some system info i noticed that my FSB is running at 133mhz ! ! That cant be right surely , so i go into the Bios (phoenix award work..) and .... NO OPTIONS :swear: ! No options for changing the FSB , no options for changing the Ram clock speeds and only the aperture size for AGP settings ! My board is a sis 615 and i aint got a clue .... to be honest ! Any advice would be most apreciated !!!! :good:

First off - Welcome to the forums.

Secondly, please post in the right forums.

Thirdly - Might I suggest you download this.

That will give you a much better detailed, and accurate report of your CPU.

Check that your FSB really is the above speed.

Try reseting your BIOS, but if you aren't experiencing any slowdown, then I'm sure its just a glitch and wouldn't worry about it.

As long as the FSB*multiplier is your CPU full clockspeed then its fine. If you habe a 166GSV CPU and its running at 133, then you may need a BIOS update to be able to change it.
