Gamecube To Pc-monitor Gives No Signal???

Why hello there :)
I recently got the idea to plug my Gamecube in my PC-monitor.
I have bought all the necessary equipment to do so:
RGB cable (Gamecube -> SCART)
SCART piece (SCART -> SCART)
SCART-VGA cable (SCART -> VGA)
VGA-VGA cable (VGA -> PC-monitor)
However, it doesn't give me a signal on the VGA port when I power up the Gamecube.. What's going on? :(

Problem there. Passive Scart-VGA adapters work VERY rarely and only on SPECIAL cases. So no wonder your monitor does not get signal. You can however buy active Scart to VGA adapter.
