(gamer) un-bottleneck this computer... which upgrade?

Hello I am an avid gamer in need of a upgrade... i need to know what to upgrade best for performance in program loading, game loading, and graphics processing.. heres my specs.

AMD athlon 64 X2 dual core 4800+ oc'ed to 3ghz
dak790gx motherboard
4gb ddr2 ram
ATI Radeon hd 4850 512 mb
(2) 160gb hdd (raid0)
windows xp home
450w power supply
old full tower case with minimal air circulation(OPEN next to AC vent for cold air blown through it) crude but it helps alot...... lol

any suggestions would be nice. i have a bottleneck somewhere and i need to know what to upgrade next.. and yes im on a small but affordable budget. any help?
 
thanks for the advise i just added another ati 4850 for crossfire
and im in the process in getting atx 750w 80plus crossfire supported powersupply
thanx for the advice and btw i lied on the first post my power supply is accually 240watts....... my computer has nevver ran at full potential. i didnt know powersupply had anything to do with it... me being amature builder didnt know this... thanks for your help... oh and also the mother board is PCIe 2.0 compatable.. several people told me to change it and now i realise it. thanks. ill let you know how it reacts when i add the new powersupply.
 
make sure to look at the power spec on those cards and to over shoot a little this way ur on the safe side if and when u decide to upgrade and crs psu are great only choice if u want to be too legit
