Gaming i7 Build.

I already have a most of the parts, and only need a few more. Im going to be hooking it up to my 50 inch TV for now. But will be getting a monitor eventually. Something with 1920X1200. The computer will be for general use and gaming. Any advice on current components and ones im not sure on would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I have so far:

Intel i-7 920

Intel Desktop Board DX58SO

Antec 900 Case

Rocketfish 700 watt powersupply

Seagate 1.5tb hard drive

OS- Vista with a free upgrade to Win 7

Still needed:

Graphics card- Thinking nvidia 275. Trying to stay between $200 and $250

Ram- Not sure

CPU cooler- not sure

Optical Drive- Blu ray player not sure what one
 
Im actually swapping the case for the nine hundred two tonight. And I am going to go with a different powersupply. I have been recomended antec or corsair. I eventually wanted to add another 275. Around what size powersupply should I go with for that?
 
Here is my updated list after doing some research and listening on here. Thanks for all the help so far. Does anyone have the Antec 902 and scythe cooler? Also what thermal compound should I use? I just wanted to make sure it would fit. Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
