Hello I recently purchased new motherboard and memory. For hard drives I was using a new seagate 7200 rpm, but it was unable to install windows at all (bsod, install errors), so I switched back to an old WD 7200 rpm. I am having issues with windows not being able to update and random BSOD crashes (with the WD). I did a clean install on windows 7, and installed the latest drivers, continued to try to update windows but it fails and crashes my computer after installing roughly 10 updates. A relatively consistent error I am getting in BSOD is win32k.sys is faulty.

    Corsair Dominator TR3X6G1600C8D (3 x 2gb) (in slots 2, 3, 4)

Cooling is not really an issue using a spinQ heatsink and coolermaster centurion 5 case. (running at 27C, 24C processor)
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or information that might be causing me problems. Thanks so much.

since the harddrive is the only common denominator the first thing i would try is a different data cable. also download seatools and test the new HD.
