[H]ard|OCP reviews GlobalWin's snazzy watercooling kit. If you want a unique watercooling setup, this is really cool. Not the greatest cooling, but comparable to a Koolance Exos setup. The Jefi is targeted towards end users looking for a unique silent cooling solution. The Jefi scores huge points in this category. The pump was completely silent during operation; we had to actually touch the reservoir to tell if the pump was running. The fan, running at full speed, measured an extremely quiet 16dB at 2 feet from the unit. Moving the sound meter to within 8" of the Jefi sound levels moved up only one notch to 17dB. Needless to say the Jefi is definitely in the silent cooling category. This is something that's not only functional, it looks good too. Take a look.
