Well tomorrow at about 2pm I'm going away for the weekend with some friends. I won't be on HWF as this place we're going to is so damn remote I doubt people have even heard of these new fandangled "Computer-type-devices" :P
If I can find something to let me check out HWF then I will, but I reckon for 3 days it's going to be pretty much good-bye computers, we may take a PS2 or something with us :P I have to take my iPod for some music, can't be living without music.

I'll try and take some pictures so I can give you an insight into the crazy life of Matt...hehe

Last time we went to this place we:
1. Realised the nearest town was about 2 miles away walking across the beach or across crumbling cliffs (Happisburgh is the nearest town, pronounced Hays-buh-ruh).
2. Wrote some kick-ass songs (it was the band who went).
3. Nearly burned the place down and ended up rushing around trying to put out a pair of alight jeans.
4. Went cliff jumping - So much fun can be had jumping off cliffs onto soft sand.
5. Walked along wave breakers whilst the tide came in and waves smashed into us.
6. Ate sh*t loads of pasta.
7. Made the greatest filme/random sketches/documentary ever.
8. Damn near froze.

Well time to get back to packing, although I don't need much I won't have time tomorrow, I usually get up at around mid-day when there's no school etc HAHA!! (school was damaged by that blast even though the school I go to is in another town O.o oh well)
 
WOOOOO I'M BACK!!!
Civilisation is still here, that's good to know.
Well this was quite a good trip, journey up there was fun in this big ass Land Rover, 7 of us went in total.
The weather was pretty clear all weekend but very very cold because of the wind. We were going to go out on Saturday (yesterday) but found out that the Land Rovers battery was dead, we weren't going anywhere fast and we were in the middle of nowhere. We went to the neighbours house (about 100 yards away, there's a few houses and bungalows in a group there) and got a battery charger for the car. Charged it up for a day and it was still dead, so today when were were clearing the place up my friend went and got help, from a tractor, he bump-started it and within a few minutes the battery was charged again...JOY!!
So we didn't do a whole lot, we talked a lot, watched a TV that didn't have inputs for anything other than an Aerial and listened to some music, oh how I missed technology.
Well I'll post some pictures when I can be bothered, right now I'm gonna check my subscrived posts on here and then check my e-mails...

Hehe, well I've hosted some pictures, they've been resized from 4 Megapixels to 640x480. Short explanations of the pictures and the people who are in them are beside the links.
The Land Rover. The 'beast' the drove us there, stopped working, sprung back into life then drove us back again.
My Friend Matt. (Matt the Ginge as he calls himself)
Matt wearing a waterproof Poncho he found. He decided to wear this for a long time and ended up playing miature golf around the bungalow with it on.
The Fire and TV. The aerial is gaffa taped to the ceiling to hold it in position so it stays in tune.

Chocolate anyone? Jack cramming his chocolate he got from Kat for his birthday into his mouth.
Snickers. Jack then finds a snickers bar and realises he has no room in his mouth for it...
I'm not in any of the photos as I took them all, hehe.

It was a good trip, even though we didn't go anywhere, we couldn't really though, it was too damn cold. The wind chill was horrible and the wind at the end of the garden (steps lead down onto the sea wall...it's close...) was so strong you nearly got blown off the sea wall.
Well, that's that trip over, time for decent sleep in my own bed and time to get back into my world of technology rather than isolation from the world.
