If you are a a poor (as in no money) webmaster, maybe with a cool bit of imaging/animation/photo editing software - but lack of images- I'd recommend going to:

They have a good range of photos for anyone to download & use for free - which is a real bargain if you thought the only way to get legit photos was by buying them from a 'photo stock company' or having to put up with some sort of spyware in exchange.

you can also upload any old photos you don't mind others using too.
the site is aimed at student computer graphic designers (I think ?)

The catch is quite simple - you cannot claim copywrite of any of the images you use from their site - even if you alter them.

hey dude thanx for the wonderfull link...i would like to ask ya if its possible if i use one of the pics as a t-shirt design?.issit possible...?
 
You'll have to take a look at the Terms & Conditions onsite - I expect you can use the images for personal reasons i.e. stick them on a T-shirt/mouse mat etc. to wear/ use for family & friends, but you would not be able to sell them or copyright them or put them in a "free" images collection of CD / Website for business.

I use them to make my own screen savers (I like the image of the apple with the nails in, I get the impression that the person who took it was is thinking of working for windows software :chk:
