Good video hosts?

    I'm looking for a good, free, video host that allows "hot linking" to other websites. Do not want to use YouTube because of poor video quality.

    Anybody know any good ones?

    But thats how it runs faster, otherwise it will eat up most of your brodband data and take more tym to buffer and stuff like that.
