GPU only output to TV

Ive been working out some kinks with my watercooling and during the test there was some leaks while the PC was on. The waterblock did leak on to the GPU but i am using Fluid XP so all i noticed was some glitches on the screen. So i worked on it some more, dried it off, leak tested it for another few hours and so far so good. When i booted back up though the weirdest thing happned. The video output only went to the TV. The monitor had an orange light which means it was connected just not getting anything. So i booted into Windows and went to the ATI Catalyst display properties and it only gave me the option of output to TV. Normally it gives Me DVI too. So I am at a lost here what to do. Could I have damged it by ESD killing just the DVI ports? I am using the ATI Radeon X1600. I also removed a newly installed RAM stick and still nothing. Please help?

I'm not sure if ESD did anything or not. What I'd more suspect is the fluid interfering with the monitor output. Do you have a second monitor out (and I mean besides the TV-out)? If so, see about running the monitor off that.

Sorry I took so long to reply back. The email notification no longer works soooo. What I ended up doing is ditching the card and getting a PNY Geforce 8600GT OC. It works good and have 40C idle and 50load So its ok. I will save the other one till February until the warranty kicks in and then Ill have it repaired. Sapphire wanted me to ship it to China for RMA which is $125 for shipping. Thats more then the card! Oh well Im doing ok now. Just trying to get the CPU temps lowered. There at Idle- 40 Load-53 and the CPU is only at 3.1GHZ and I have a MCP655 waterpump, Swiftech 2x 120MM rad, Swiftech Storm Waterblock and Zalman GPU waterblock. That seems way too high. Two fans on the RAD are pulling. According to sensor the water in the Reservior is at 80-83F which I dont think is tooo bad. It may be how im mounting the storm has to prevent motherboard removal I used the old screws from Big Water and they seem to fit just fine, there essentially the same thing. So any advice Thanks. Dont expect a hasty reply, sorry.
