Wow nice find, do the top end cards really consume 500 watts of power lol that's as much as most peoples power supply, just madness, i thought the 4870X2 and 280GTX consumed something like 300watts o well :doh:
i honestly didn't even look at that, but yeah, i agree thats crazy. It must be close at least though, if not spot on, they rated the 7950's around 100, which is crazy to me, because they were suppose to take 150w a piece. However they had SLI at like 170?? which is WAY less than 300, but who knows, i think there is a lot of marketing in that stuff, people buy a lot higher wattage powersupplies than they need most of the time i think. Oh yeah, 4870 X2 was in CF using 500w.
