    It's the speed that the AGP slot runs at. It's default is 66MHz because the 33MHz PCI slot wasn't enough for video cards to get bandwith from and it had to share with other devices. This wasn't a good thing.

    Unless you have a real good reason to adjust it, leave it alone. If your motherboard supports it, lock it at 66MHz.
