Looks a bit old-fashioned to me. I hope they realize we live in 2009, not 1996. But it's still in Alpha, so who knows what the final version looks like.
no. I do agree with you, if i've had qualms with Haiku its been how bland it is. However, i think this is what they are aiming for, something very simple and easy and straight forward and it does what its suppose to do and that is it. For people like us its important, but I do not think the average user cares to much about how the desktop appears.
