Halo CE - Can only join games with a ping??

Hi all,
I've been playing Halo Combat Evolved for about a year. Recently, we changed service providers, and now, I can only join Halo Games that list a ping number. If no number is listed, and I try to join, it says "Negotiating Connection to server" for about a minute, then says "unable to join game". I can't figure this out, since I used to be able to join any game listed with one or more players. My connection is fine, I've tried reinstalling Halo, and Windows Firewall allows all the ports. Thanks for any help.
 
The reason you cant join games that have no ping is that you have no connection to those servers. A ping is a computers way of checking to see if another computer is on or exists. The number you see is simply the time in MS it takes the game server in question to respond to your request, therefore no ping = no connection. As for fixing this problem, I'm sorry, but I cant help you.
