Hard Drive disappears when computer sleeps

I just installed a new 1.5TB SATA hard drive that seems to work. But each time the computer is set to SLEEP and wakes up....the new drive is invisible.

I am using Win 7.

When I go into Computer Management and Storage Devices I also dont see it...but ONLY if I restart the computer.

Any ideas?

NO JOKE, I have NEVER used Either and Never had any problems.. By putting into sleep mode you are only asking for Problems... Have the time It will NOT come out of sleep mode..
