I built my own computer using this hard drive
    Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda ES.2 ST3250310NS 250GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

It is full and I want to get more space. I don't know the best route to take though. Should I buy a new hard drive and replace the old one, or just buy a new one, and use one as a slave. I want to get a bigger hard drive so that I don't have this problem again. I am thinking a 1TB.

Let me know what the best decision would be to do, also I don't understand how the OS works. Explain that to me. Will I have to reinstall my OS to a new drive or slave drive?

Also, any suggestions on a harddrive would be cool. I go on new egg and there are tons of reviews on good drives about DOA. That worrys me.

Okay, so I can't just take the old drive out and make it the slave then put the new one in and put in the OS disk? I have to reformat the old one? How do I even do that?
