I am building an Price and Performance PC and this might be a hard question because SSD's are expensive but they are fast, and I was wondering if I should get just normal hard drive (1tb) or normal hard drive + an SSD just for windows so I can have better performance?

If the budget allows I'd go for SSD + normal HD! Install windows and games on the SSD and the rest on the other HD.

I upgraded my old Core2Duo system with a SSD (OS) + 1TB (storage) 3 months ago and can not imagine myself looking back. Just be aware of the necessary tweaks and installation notes when setting up OS's in an SSD.
