OK,.. Finally my computer is back up. Two days ago,.. while playing a game, my computer suddenly turn off by itself. After about 2 minutes i booted it up again and it began working but this time the PC did not detect my second hard drive and DVD ROM. Today I looked into it and found that the IDE cable, to which both the DVD and SHD was attached, had gone bad. I replaced it and now the computer is up but the SHD still won't work. If I attach the second hard drive to the system it wouldn't dectect and say that perhaps it is not a FAT or there is some virus. I have some important data on that drive. Any suggestions what to do,... regards Mack
