While the Pentium 4 was eclipsed by AMD in the performance department, it's by no means a terrible chip. The 7800GTX is a high-end card, so it can handle anything out there just fine. The only thing that could be a concern is that 40GB hard drive. With games being several gigabytes apiece, 40GB is going to disappear shortly. Some newer games may like 2GB of RAM, but 1GB isn't a killer. The only thing that I see as any sort of issue is the 40GB hard drive, simply because of size. From a performance aspect, that box should fly.
