Has any one used NETSUITE?

We are thinking of switching over to NetSuite but first wanted to get some opinions from current users and get your feedback on how it is working out for you. What are the pros and cons? What are the drawbacks? Any information you can give would be good. Thank you

Sorry, I've worked for 8 companies so far in my professional career, and so far I have not worked with NetSuite at all.
