Wasn't sure if I should post here or in the sound forum, but ultimately put it here because my sound is coming off of a graphics card, not a sound card. I am having an issue with my HDMI audio working in most games. It works fine for watching 1080p movies, and for playing music, etc. But, when I attempt to play most games (not all) it doesn't work. It seems to be very GPU intensive games like Crysis that the audio doesnt work. I have updated the display driver and the HD audio driver to the most recent available. System: Intel core [email protected], 6GB ram, ATI Radeon HD 4800. HDMI is connected from the radeon card to a receiver, then from receiver to an LCD television, if this matters. Thanks all!
