I'm getting a 60 GB Playstation 3 this week, but it appears that there is only an HDMI > RGB cable included. My tv has HDMI input. Can you use any HDMI cable with the PS3, or do you need a special PS3 HDMI cable?

The PS3 has the standard HDMI cable input, so you can use any HDMI cable. Also, yeah, the PS3 ships with a Composite cable.

Wouldn't quite say that the PS3 is fairly finicky with HDMI cables.

Mine works with a Monster, Blue Diamond and the Generic one that came with my HD-DVD player but using Blue Jean, Monoprice and another generic cable were causing handshake issues and a black screen.

Apart from that though most HDMI cables should work ok.

lol, not to be rude, but that doesn't really narrow anything down much, well besides the name brand ones.

I bought a high quality hdmi cable from BigBen Interactive (never head of that company before). I'll get the PS3 delivered today (I hope), so then I'll try the new cable :)
