Hi I have a Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music sound card with headphones plugged in. Is there any way of me plugging in my 2.1 speakers at the same time so they will also work aswell. I have a front speaker port but when i plug my speakers in it they don't work. my front port is plugged in my mainboard not my sound card, Do i need to somehow plug that into my sound card? Thanks
Adapter The easiest way is to use one of These. (3.5mm Stereo Plug to 2 X 3.5mm Stereo Socket Adaptor). But keep in mind, if you have both speakers and headphones plugged in at the same time, you may blow the headphones if you turn the volume up too high!
Can you please tell me that why you want your Headphones working when you can listen through your speakers........... I mean if you are listening smthing secret then you can just pull out Speakers and put your Headphones jack in but otherwise I dont think so that it make sense listening through your Headphones when your speakers are on~!
