Heeelllp graphics gone mad !!

i wonder if anyone can help , i bought an inno3d geforce 5200 graphics card in feb , fitted it and everything worked fine till now , what happens is whenever i try to play call of duty the grapphics are all mashed up flickering everywhere and not showing properly , they have worked fine on this game untill a coupla days ago now this , also the monitor has started to go on and off , i've tried a different monitor and its the same , could the graphics card have gone faulty ??? any advice would be appreciated . :confused:

This happened to me before. I opened my case and took out graphics card then rammed it bak in and it seems to have sorted it.

Make sure that if there's a fan on the video card, that it's working, and then make sure your fans in your case are working.
