Go into Windows and follow this:
Start, Control Panel then run the "Administrative Tools", now run "Computer Management", now click on the option for "Disk Management", in the right hand information area you should be given a list of all the hard drives and partitions on your computer, if your other partitions are their, it should report four paritions that are inactive, or unallocated, right click on then and click "enable" or "activate".

If they are not their, there will just be one greyed out box saying "Unallocated" or something.

If your partitions were on a second physical drive to Windows then you should make sure that the power and/or IDE/SATA cables are plugged in correctly to the drive and that your BIOS is recognising the drive, if it's not recognising it then theirs something wrong with the drive.

If your partitions are on the same drive as Windows (Physically) then you should either be able to activate the missing partitions as mentioned above, or be able to create the partitions again, although complete loss of data would be inevitable due to formatting.
