Why upgrade? You need more power for something?

i5-3470 is quad core and OK.
    16GB RAM is OK.
    GPU is quite fast also.

Upgrade just because of upgrade is waste of money if you don't really need more power.

I must agree , There is nothing wrong with what you have... Why do you want to upgrade ?

I'm inclined to agree with the above and also wonder what cause you have for upgrading?
Unless you want to game in a 4K multi-panel environment, or some regular professional work that needs more power, I can't see where you're running into trouble.

Depends on what you are playing and what are settings. Better video card helps with getting higher FPS.

Unless, I missed something, CS:GO runs on the Steam engine, which seems to run well on most things that run faster than a Pentium MMX.
