Try reinstalling windows, doing a repair install if you have the disc.

    SOME NOTES ON BIOS FLASHING
BIOS SHOULD NEVER BE FLASHED UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY
YOU SHOULDNT JUST FLASH IT BECAUSE YOU CAN OR THERE IS AN UPDATE!
[QUOTE it just keeps restarting QUOTE]

Its a shame your baord doesnt have dual BIOS. It sounds like a bad BIOS flash so since u cannot access windows try downloading the BIOS directly from ASUS website on a friends computer and follow ASUS's instructions on how to flash and just reflash the BIOS and after the flash turn on your computer and it should come up with a message saying blah blah blah dont turn off your computer during BIOS saving settings or something like that and let is restart again and enter the BIOS, turn off the comp, clear BIOS with the jumper on MOBO and then turn on and see what happens!
sorry its a bit long but hope it helps!

i flashed my bios the other day, as there was an update to fix the cpu temp monitor in the bios, flashed it and all worked fine, then when i loaded up the bios was altered and i had to then correct settings. then when windows loaded up it had to re-find all my hardware and i had to let it do that...
